Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following:
Construction Updates Please note that the Florida Falls Pool will be closed for slide refurbishment from Jan. 11 to Jan. 28, 2026. During this time, the Shipwreck Landing Pool and all other amenities are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
Cashless Resort There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates Parking On-site parking is $30 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations. Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you. Package Handling Fee Effective March 1, 2026, Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to five packages complimentary; on the sixth package, a discounted package fee will apply. The package fee is $2 for envelopes, $5 for packages weighing up to 20 pounds, and $10 for oversized packages that surpass 20 pounds. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
