As you may be aware, Maui continues efforts to recover after the devastating wildfires that destroyed Lahaina and surrounding areas in August 2023. Given the current conditions in West Maui, we want to ensure you have all the details about what to expect during your upcoming visit:

  • The beaches from Ka’anapali to Kapalua are currently open. Additionally, you will find several excellent beach options and beach access on the south side of Maui from Kihei to Wailea. The concierge will be happy to direct you to other beautiful areas that Maui has to offer.
  • Most of the on-site activities and services have been fully restored. There are still a few resort activities and food and beverage outlets at the resort may have limited hours and services.
  • Access to Lahaina town is prohibited.

Once you arrive at the resort, please visit the concierge team for personalized recommendations to restaurants, small businesses, and activities that are open and available. Please continue to monitor this page for the current resort operating status.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
