Guests should be aware of the following:

Renovation Updates

Sheraton PGA Vacation Resort will be constructing a new amenity building next to the lobby building from June 2024 through June 15, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the pool area. The lobby and pool area will remain open during this time.

The resort will be completing exterior repairs and painting from Apr. 29, 2026, to Aug. 1, 2026. This work will include all unit buildings, guard house lobby, and pool buildings. One unit building at a time will be closed while unit balconies and walkways are completed. While units are occupied, workers will be around the building completing repairs not directly in front of or behind units. Ladders and lifts will be used and moved throughout the project. Please anticipate some construction noise, dust, and minimal walkway closures in affected areas daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
