Villas at Mountain Vista rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning.
One Bedroom Smaller units do not have a cooktop or any option for a portable cooktop to be added to the villa.

Construction Updates

Beginning Sept.8, 2024, to Nov. 11, 2024, Sheraton Mountain Vista Villas will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Cashless Resort

There is limited cash available at this resort. Credit cards are an acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
