Emergency Preparedness and Response Teams

We have been actively monitoring and responding to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation since its emergence in the Asia Pacific region late last year. We quickly launched dedicated emergency preparedness and response teams, all focused on preserving the safety and well-being of our Owners, Members, guests and associates.

Our corporate and site leadership teams continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local health department guidance, including any guidelines that may be issued by local health departments regarding recommended hygiene standards. As we continue our already enhanced cleaning processes, we are also working closely with our industry and vendor partners in the event any new guidance is released.

Cleaning Protocols

The daily health and safety measures that are already in place at our resorts are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19. Those health and safety measures extend from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to villa and common-area cleaning procedures.

However, in response to the spread of COVID-19, our resorts and properties previously increased, and are continuing, enhanced cleaning protocols for high-frequency guest touchpoints, as well as public areas around the resorts and properties.

The health and wellness of our Owners, Members, Guests and Associates is our highest concern. In response to the changing conditions and our understanding that increased flexibility is needed during these difficult and changing times, we have included our updated cancellation policies by brand.

For Owners who have purchased Resort Credits for cancelled reservations for arrivals from March 25 through April 23, 2020, the points associated with the Resort Credits will automatically be refunded to your account upon cancellation of your reservation.
