Emergency Preparedness and Response Teams

We have been actively monitoring and responding to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation since its emergence late last year. We quickly launched dedicated emergency preparedness and response teams, all focused on preserving the safety and well-being of our Owners, Members, guests and associates.

Our corporate and site leadership teams continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local health department guidance, including any guidelines that may be issued by local health departments regarding recommended hygiene standards. As we continue our already enhanced cleaning processes, we are also working closely with our industry and vendor partners in the event any new guidance is released.

With Your Health and Safety in Mind
Across our resorts, we have adjusted our resort operations to support social distancing and decreased gathering sizes. These adjustments have been in response to mandates that continue to be implemented across the country, as well as guidance issued by governmental authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. We have taken these measures in an attempt to ensure the health and safety of our Owners and guests, as well as that of our associates.

In Preparation for Your Arrival
Where currently permitted, we are taking steps to gradually restore previously closed or modified amenities and services across many of our resorts. However, in the days and weeks ahead, the availability of on-site amenities and services will continue to be limited. Adjustments will continue to be made in response to government mandates, as well as modified operational protocols that we are implementing across our resort portfolio.

Vacation with Peace of Mind
Examples of changes that you should expect to see in the weeks ahead at our resorts include, where permitted and as applicable: reduced pool deck seating capacity, occupancy restrictions in common areas and certain amenities and facilities, closure of Kids Clubs and activity centers, closure of BBQ areas, and signage throughout resort campuses to remind everyone of social distancing requirements.

Behind the scenes, while the daily health and safety measures that are already in place at our resorts are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, we are also continuing to identify and implement further enhanced cleaning protocols working with our industry partners- from enhanced public area cleaning, to modified in-villa processes, and personal protective equipment for our associates.
