Mask Up, Vacation On

As part of our efforts to help you stay healthy when you stay with us, face coverings are required of all Owners, guests, and vendors at each of our resorts — even where not currently government-mandated. Shared spaces where face coverings must be worn include the following:

  • Indoor public spaces and common areas
  • Lobbies
  • Food & Beverage outlets, including pool bars, Marketplaces, and other similar venues
  • Fitness centers
  • Outdoor public spaces where social distance of 6ft/2m cannot be maintained 

Please Note:  The above requirements are in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts are located.

Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to the above face covering requirements while on property, but please note that any more stringent requirements mandated by governmental authorities in jurisdictions where our resorts are located will still apply:

  • Individuals younger than 2 years old
  • Individuals with a health or medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering
  • Individuals who are actively communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication
  • Individuals who are eating or drinking and seated at a food establishment on property (Individuals will be required to wear a face covering while moving around the food establishment and until they are seated at their table.)
  • Individuals who are exercising outdoors, including running, biking, and swimming and who are able to socially distance while doing so

Important Alerts

Due to a government order, facemasks are required for all Owners, guests and associates when inside hallways and common areas, and in outdoor public spaces when social distancing is not practical (except when an individual is unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition or disability).

Quarantine Advisory: Effective June 25, 2020, the State of New Jersey has issued an incoming travel advisory advising that all individuals entering New Jersey from states with a significant spread of COVID-19 quarantine for 14-days after leaving that state. This quarantine applies to any person, including New Jerseyans, arriving from a state with a positive COVID-19 test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents or a state with a 10% or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average. Construction Updates

A wireless Internet Upgrade scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2020. Intermittent service interruption is expected between 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The Resort Center Building air-handler unit replacement is scheduled from October 2020 through November 2020. Work will occur between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Owners and guests should expect to hear construction noise while in the building and experience partial parking closures around the building.

Villa renovations are scheduled from October 2020 through February 2021 (subject to change). Work will occur between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Owners and guests should expect to hear construction noise and experience partial parking closures.

    • The BBQ grills are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with social distancing requirements.
  • Fitness Center

    • The Fitness Center is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily with limited capacity at 25%.
    • Reservations are required and can be made at the Front Desk.

    • The pools and hot tubs/spas are now open in accordance to the New Jersey Health Department Pool guidelines: pools and pool deck capacity has been reduced by 50% due to social distancing requirements;
    • Resort Center Pool, Splash Pad, Adult Pool and Indoor Pool are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with enhanced cleaning protocols and Pool Social Distancing Ambassadors available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
    • The Outdoor Pools will be closing for the Winter Season beginning on October 26, 2020 (weather permitting);

    • The fire pits, playground, outdoor game tables, shuffle board and bocce courts are open with social distancing requirements.
