Renovation Updates

Coral Vista, Sunset Bay, and Virgin Grand Pool villas will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Aug. 2 to Oct. 26, 2026.

The Virgin Grand Building 34 will undergo tub replacement from Aug. 22 to Sept. 13, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.

The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 15 to Nov. 7, 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Islands’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Parking

Beginning June, 2026: The property will begin charging transient reservations for parking. On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner reservations and other vacation ownership package reservations.
