Guests should be aware of the following:

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

Four electric car charging stations are available for a one-time charge of fee $15.
Off-site parking is available for a fee.
On-site valet parking only. Effective Apr. 3, 2023, valet parking is available for a fee of $35US daily.
The resort does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, or vehicles taller than 6 feet, 10 inches.

Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All incoming packages will incur a handling fee based on the item’s size (see below).

Package Handling Fees

  • Envelope or Padded Pouch, $2
  • Box, $5
  • Oversized Box, Luggage, Ski Equipment, and Golf Clubs, $15

Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file. Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient.

The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.

Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, where applicable, or disposed of.

Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team. A $5 fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 pounds.
