Mask Up, Vacation On

As part of our efforts to help you stay healthy when you stay with us, face coverings are required of all Owners, guests, and vendors at each of our resorts — even where not currently government-mandated and regardless of your COVID-19 vaccination status — in connection with health agency recommendations. Shared spaces where face coverings must be worn include the following:

  • Indoor public spaces and common areas
  • Lobbies
  • Food & Beverage outlets, including pool bars, Marketplaces, and other similar venues
  • Fitness centers
  • Outdoor public spaces where social distance of 6ft/2m cannot be maintained 

Please Note:  The above requirements are in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts are located.


The following exceptions apply to the above face covering requirements while on property, but please note that any more stringent requirements mandated by governmental authorities in jurisdictions where our resorts are located will still apply:

  • Individuals younger than 2 years old
  • Individuals with a health or medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering
  • Individuals who are actively communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication
  • Individuals who are eating or drinking and seated at a food establishment on property (Individuals will be required to wear a face covering while moving around the food establishment and until they are seated at their table.)
  • Individuals who are exercising outdoors, including running, biking, and swimming and who are able to socially distance while doing so

Important Alerts

In accordance with guidance issued by the California Department of Public Health face coverings are required to be worn at all times by all persons in California when outside the home. For a list of exemptions and more information, please visit the California Department of Public Health’s website.

While at the resort, please remember to maintain social distancing (6-feet or more from other Owners, guests and associates). The use of face coverings is required at all times at the resort when outside your villa, including at the pool areas when not in the water. Please avoid leaving your villa if during your stay you do not feel well.

Official Information

Please visit the official California Department of Public Health website for information on the recently updated Travel Advisory for the State of California, which provides, among other things, that Californians should avoid non-essential travel outside of California, to other states or countries, and strongly discourages non-essential travelers from other states and countries, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, from entering California, and provides that they should adhere to the quarantine procedures in the Travel Advisory, including testing and self-quarantining requirements. NOTE:  Non-essential travel includes travel that is considered tourism or that is recreational in nature. Further, the advisory provides that all persons arriving in or returning to the State of California from other states or countries should follow CDC travel guidance, get tested with a viral test 1-3 days before travel and any travelers who test positive or develop symptoms of COVID-19 should isolate and follow public health recommendations.

General Property Updates

  • Electric car charging stations, 6, are available for a fee.
  • Offsite parking is available for a fee.
  • Onsite valet parking only. Valet parking is available for a fee of $29 USD daily.
  • The resort does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers or vehicles taller than 6 foot 10 inches.

Construction Updates

Renovation of villa interiors is currently scheduled to take place from April 2 to July 1, 2021.

Ski Season Update
