Face Coverings at Our Resorts

Resorts in the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico

As recommended by the CDC, Owners and guests are encouraged to wear a face covering indoors, regardless of vaccination status, in areas the CDC defines as substantial or high for COVID-19 transmission. This recommendation is in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts operate.

Please refer to your resort’s Property Update page for specific information regarding local government mandates that may currently be in place.

Face coverings are required for all unvaccinated Owners and guests at each of our resorts. Shared spaces where face coverings must be worn by unvaccinated Owners and guests include the following:

  • Indoor public spaces and common areas
  • Lobbies
  • Food & Beverage outlets, including pool bars, Marketplaces, and other similar venues
  • Fitness centers
  • Outdoor public spaces where social distance of 6ft/2m cannot be maintained 

Please Note:  The above requirements are in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts are located.

Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to the above face covering requirements for unvaccinated Owners and guests while on property, but please note that any more stringent requirements mandated by governmental authorities in jurisdictions where our resorts are located will still apply:

  • Individuals younger than 2 years old
  • Individuals with a health or medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering
  • Individuals who are actively communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication
  • Individuals who are eating or drinking and seated at a food establishment on property (Individuals will be required to wear a face covering while moving around the food establishment and until they are seated at their table.)
  • Individuals who are exercising outdoors, including running, biking, and swimming and who are able to socially distance while doing so

Resorts Outside of the United States, USVI, and Puerto Rico

As part of our efforts to help you stay healthy when you stay with us, face coverings are required of all Owners, guests, and vendors at each of our resorts — even where not currently government-mandated and regardless of your COVID-19 vaccination status — in connection with health agency recommendations. Shared spaces where face coverings must be worn include the following:

  • Indoor public spaces and common areas
  • Lobbies
  • Food & Beverage outlets, including pool bars, Marketplaces, and other similar venues
  • Fitness centers
  • Outdoor public spaces where social distance of 6ft/2m cannot be maintained

Official Information

From March 14, the application of the “vaccination pass” will be suspended in all places where it was required (leisure and cultural places, commercial catering activities, fairs and trade shows, etc.).

After March 14, the “sanitary pass” will however remain in force in health establishments, retirement homes, establishments welcoming people with disabilities.

Since February 28, the mask is no longer compulsory in closed places subject to the “vaccination pass”. The wearing of the mask indoors remains in transport and closed places not subject to the vaccination pass.

Cashless Resort

To help promote health safety, there is limited cash available at this property, and credit cards are the preferred method of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Please Note: Certain communicable illnesses, such as the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), are highly contagious. We encourage you to take steps to mitigate your risk of contracting communicable illnesses, such as COVID-19, including following recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.

General Property Updates

While you’re vacationing with us, we want to help you stay healthy. In an attempt to mitigate the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken the following measures with the health and safety of our Owners, guests, and associates in mind:

Amenity Status

Where currently permitted under applicable governmental orders, we are continuing to take steps to gradually restore previously closed or modified amenities and services across the resort. However, in continued support of governmental, and local social distancing guidelines, as well as other governmental requirements, please be aware that the following modified services and amenities are currently in place until further notice:

Social distancing is required in all public areas.
Disneyland Paris requires advance reservation for park access.
