Important Weather Update

Before your departure, we wanted to make you aware of the possibility of inclement weather during your upcoming stay. Based on reports from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration http://www.noaa.gov, the resort is under a tropical weather advisory. The management team is monitoring the approaching storm and preparing the resort. However, there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time.

We encourage you to actively monitor the current weather situation before you depart and check flight status through your airline carrier. Further updates on resort operating status will be provided on this page should weather conditions warrant.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

Our resort is located within Sea Pines, which requires a $9 USD entrance fee to access the community.

Lobby Hours are Sunday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

After Lobby Hours, Owners and guests should utilize the following check-in procedure:

Owners and guests should use the phone located on Marriott's Heritage Club's front porch to reach the front desk at Marriott's Heritage Club's front desk at 843-363-3040.
Keys and arrival materials will then be delivered by the Manager on Duty.

Only two (2) cars per villa.

RVs, Trailers, motorcycles, and commercial/company vehicles are not permitted in Sea Pines.

On-demand shuttle service is available between Marriott's Heritage Club and the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

    The "Rent 2 Ride" bike services are now open. If you pre-order your bikes prior to your arrival, you will receive 10% off. Otherwise, please see the front desk associate to sign up for times for Bicycle Rentals.

    The clubTHRIVE fitness classes are now being offered Sunday through Friday including AquaFit, yoga stretch, and resistance band workouts. Reservations are required and can be made through the front desk.

    Whirlpool Spas are open sunrise to sunset.

    The Pool is open from sunrise to sunset. Guests may use sanitizing wipes available on the pool deck to sanitize chairs. All pool furniture is sprayed with an antiviral and antibacterial misting unit every morning.
