Mask Up, Vacation On

As part of our efforts to help you stay healthy when you stay with us, face coverings are required of all Owners, guests, and vendors at each of our resorts — even where not currently government-mandated. Shared spaces where face coverings must be worn include the following:

  • Indoor public spaces and common areas
  • Lobbies
  • Food & Beverage outlets, including pool bars, Marketplaces, and other similar venues
  • Fitness centers
  • Outdoor public spaces where social distance of 6ft/2m cannot be maintained 

Please Note:  The above requirements are in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts are located.

Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to the above face covering requirements while on property, but please note that any more stringent requirements mandated by governmental authorities in jurisdictions where our resorts are located will still apply:

  • Individuals younger than 2 years old
  • Individuals with a health or medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering
  • Individuals who are actively communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication
  • Individuals who are eating or drinking and seated at a food establishment on property (Individuals will be required to wear a face covering while moving around the food establishment and until they are seated at their table.)
  • Individuals who are exercising outdoors, including running, biking, and swimming and who are able to socially distance while doing so

Important Alerts

Due to a government order, all persons in public spaces and places, both indoors and outdoors, are required to wear facial coverings, with exceptions for children under 2 years of age, persons who have trouble breathing due to an existing medical condition and persons inside a villa at the resort.  Please visit the links below for official information on other mandatory restrictions.

General Property Updates

Ocean Drive is currently closed to vehicles and the entrance to the property is via foot traffic only. Due to this road closure, there are no valet services currently available on site. However, valet services are available at 1437 Collins Avenue next to the Z Ocean Hotel which is approximately .2 miles from the property. The closest municipal self-parking garage is located at 1301 Collins Avenues and is approximately .1 miles from the property. Ride share services are permitted to drop off guests at the corner of Collins Avenue and 14th Street, which is approximately one block away from the property.
