There will be roadway construction near the resort from Apr. 2023 to Dec. 2023 as the city prepares for a Formula 1 race. Traffic delays, congestion, and some construction noises are anticipated.
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
General Property Updates
Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All incoming packages over 1 pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight (See below).
0 – 1.0 lbs = No Charge
1.1– 25 lbs = $5.00
25.1 – 50 lbs = $15.00
50.1 – 100 lbs = $25.00
Over 100.1 lbs = $50.00
Crate or Pallet = $150.00
Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file.
Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient.
The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.
Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of.
Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team (a $5 fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 lbs).
