Construction Updates

Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jul. 30, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.

The MountainSide Pool will be closed from March 31, 2025, through June 20, 2025, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

Neighboring construction noise will impact our property through July 2026.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this property, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

All Owners and guests are required to wear property wristbands while using the resort amenities. One-bedroom and Guestroom reservations are able to have up to 4 wristbands per room. Two-bedroom reservations are able to have up to 8 wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times in resort common areas. The resort is not able to give or sell additional wristbands.

On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

On-site parking is not guaranteed. One additional permit may be purchased for two-bedroom reservations only. Additional permits not available for guestroom and one-bedroom reservations. No RV or trailer parking. Additional off-site parking available for a fee. Prices are subject to change.

All U.S. Postal Service mail must include a P.O. Box to be delivered to the resort. The full mailing address is: 1305 Lowell Avenue, PO Box 4109, Park City, UT 84060

Package And Grocery Handling

Incoming Packages are available for pickup in the lobby upon delivery. All incoming packages over one (1) pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery. If shipping through USPS, please include our PO Box 4109 on the shipping label.

  • Storage: Front Desk will store all incoming packages for 10 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of. Please do not ship your items prior to 7 days before your arrival date or they will not be accepted.

  • Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Front Office team. A $5 fee will apply to all outgoing packages.

Grocery Storage Guidelines:

There will be no handling fees for groceries. The resort will hold delivery for 24 hours before disposing of items. Perishable items are not guaranteed cold storage as space is limited.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
