Construction Updates

Sheraton Vistana Villages will be undergoing an enhancement project from April 27 through July 1, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited obstructions if located around this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Bella Fitness Center will be undergoing an enhancement project from June 2 through June 7, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited obstructions if located around this building and villas in the building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Key West Recreation Center will be undergoing an enhancement project from Sept. 2 through Oct. 10, 2025. During this time, guest may experience construction noise and a view of construction fencing around the recreation center. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Marketplace will be undergoing an enhancement project from Sept. 3, 2025, through Oct. 9, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The St. Augustine Fitness Center will be closed for renovation from Sept. 22 through Sept. 26, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited obstructions and minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
