Cashless Resort There is no cash available at this resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Cash and credit cards can be used at co-located outlets.
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Rebranding of the Co-Located Hotel As you may know, the hotel with which Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club shares a campus has changed management and been re-branded as the Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort Lihue Hotel effective March 24, 2021. Please note, however, that Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club continues to be branded as a Marriott Vacation Club resort. Below is information regarding what Owners and guests can expect in connection with future stays at Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club. UPDATE: Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club Owners and guests will continue to access the resort through arrival at the existing hotel porte-cochere. Owners and guests will check-in at a separate location in the Marriott Vacation Club Owner and Guest Services area, not in the main hotel lobby. Bellman is available at the Port for your luggage needs. When arriving at the resort, enter through the porte-cochere, take the escalator down and follow the directional signs along the pathway to Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club. Pass the entrance to the main hotel lobby (on your left) and take a right after the Koi pond. The check-in location will be on your right next to the Sales Gallery. Owners and guests continue to enjoy access to hotel amenities. * Operated by Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort The complimentary Resort Shuttle is available on demand and currently only operates to and from the airport. There currently is no Resort Shuttle service between Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club and Marriott’s Kauai Lagoons, Kalanipu'u. Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Amenity Status The current status of resort amenities and services is subject to change at any time. Please continue to check this website frequently for updates prior to your upcoming reservation. At this time, the Owners Lounge and Hospitality Rooms are open. Most oceanfront villas include a French balcony. Please note parlors and villas do not include a stove/oven/cooktop or pots/pans. BBQs are also available for your convenience on the lawn. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your laundry needs.
