Construction UpdatesBelow is the most current schedule for planned maintenance work & facility closures affecting owners and guests. The resort will do its utmost to keep any disturbance to the minimum and we like to apologize in advance for any noise the maintenance may cause to you during your holidays. The ongoing renovations and preventive maintenance will ensure the upkeep of the resort for your upcoming holidays. Please note that this schedule only covers larger projects that are scheduled at this point in time. Other repairs or maintenance may occur throughout the Resort on an ongoing basis and are not noted on this schedule. We recommend that owners and guests contact the Resort on a regular basis about maintenance projects at phone number +34 952769600 or by email at guest.marbella@vacationclub.com The schedule is subject to change without notice. From Nov. 17, 2025, through Mar. 31, 2026, various maintenance works will be carried out in the resort’s common areas, including building exteriors, pool decks, pathways, courtyards, garages, underground car parks, etc.3
2 Charlie’s Bar will remain open for dinner during the closure of El Med Restaurant for dinner. Dinner service is available every day. 3 During works, the noise level may be at times high for extended periods in affected areas of the Resort. 4 Alternative Pools are scheduled to be open. 5 During renovation works limited changing facilities may be offered. Full changing room facilities are available in the Family Pool. While closed, no steam room facilities will be available. Unisex Sauna is available at the Family Pool. 6 Closure only affecting dinner service. 7 Other food & beverage outlets open while the closure. |

Service Animal PolicyService animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. |
