South Florida's Turtle Season runs from March through October. Please close your blackout drapes in all oceanfront villas before 9 p.m., and refrain from using artificial lighting at the beach after sunset to protect the local wildlife.

Construction Updates

Various ongoing resort projects and enhancements will be ongoing throughout the year.

Ocean Pointe will be undergoing renovation to the Pavillion Seating Area located near the Activity Center March 1 through May 31, 2025.

Surrounding resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this property, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

On-site parking is $20 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

    Pool chairs are available throughout the resort. After 45 minutes of unused items may be removed to ensure all owners and guests have a chance to use the resort amenities.

    Three spacious pools for your enjoyment are open daily until 11 p.m. Pool Towels are located in your room/villa and should be brought with you to the pool.
