Construction Updates

The ongoing renovations and preventive maintenance will ensure the upkeep of the resort for your upcoming holidays. Please note that this schedule only covers larger projects that are scheduled now. Other repairs or maintenance may occur throughout the Resort on an ongoing basis and are not noted on this schedule.

Below is the most current schedule for planned maintenance work & facilities closures affecting owners and guests. The resort will do its utmost to keep any disturbance to the minimum and we like to apologize in advance for any noise the maintenance may cause to you during your holidays.

Marriott's Playa Andaluza Maintenance Schedule

Jun. 15, to July 15, 2025, Outdoor recreation area renovation.1
Aug. 1, 2025, to Aug 31, 2025, Indoor Pool & Sauna & Steam will be closed.2

1 During this time, some recreation areas may not be available.

2 During the Indoor pool annual maintenance, all Outdoor Pools will be available. However, please be aware that during certain times of the day, you may experience some levels of noise. During the renovation work, you may have limited access to the changing facilities. Access to the steam room, sauna & showers may also be restricted.

Cashless Resort

To help promote health safety, there is limited cash available at this property, and credit cards are the preferred method of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
