Service Animal PolicyService animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. Emotional support animals and comfort animals are not recognized as assistance or service animals under the law. Fraudulently representing a dog as a guide, signal or service dog is a crime under California Penal Code 365.7(a). |
General Property UpdatesMarriott’s Shadow Ridge endeavors to support our community through a unique and thoughtful donation campaign called “Donating Socks Rocks.” Our goal is to partner with Owners, guests, and associates to gather 10,000 pairs of new socks throughout the year to donate to various local shelters, community centers, and the like.
