Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following: Marriott's Streamside Birch and Douglas buildings rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning.
Construction Updates The resort exterior at the Evergreen building is undergoing renovation work from Apr. 20, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Work will occur daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.
Cashless Resort There is no cash available at this property, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you. Parking Information Effective Jan. 1, 2026, on-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner reservations and other vacation ownership package reservations. This is for Marriott’s StreamSide Douglas, Marriott’s StreamSide Evergreen, and Marriott’s StreamSide Birch.
