Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following:
Construction Updates The firepit will be undergoing refurbishment and is expected to reopen in March 2025. The resort will be undergoing an enhancement project from Mar. 31, 2025 through Aug. 1, 2025 to build a walkway and enhance outdoor amenities. During this time, the resort mini golf area and games lawn will not be available for use. Please anticipate contractors and some limited construction noise during your upcoming stay.
Cashless Resort There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates On-site parking is $20 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations. During an industrywide shortage in linens, towels, and other items, villas will be equipped with six bath towels and six hand towels. Washcloths will be only available upon request. If you require more, please dial “0” from your villa or contact the resort ahead of your arrival. We will make sure you have what you will need during your stay. Envelopes and padded pouches are $6 each. Boxes up to 25 lbs are $7 each, 25–50 lbs are $15 each, and over 50 lbs are $20 each. For package storage, the first 3 days are complimentary; after that, boxes up to 25 lbs will be $10 per day, boxes 25–50 lbs will be $20 per day, and boxes over 50 lbs will be $30 per day. These charges cover the cost of labor, processing, receiving, tracking, storing, and delivery. Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
