Construction Updates

From Oct. 27, 2025 to Nov. 21, 2025, Building C’s elevator will be modernized, followed by Building B from Dec. 1 to Dec. 19, 2025, with one elevator out of service during each period.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

Starting December 1, 2025 on-site parking will increase from $15 to $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Owners and guests have access to the Avon Recreation Center across the street from Sheraton Lakeside Terrace at Mountain Vista. There is not access to the Sheraton Mountain Vista pool or fitness center.

Durable Medical Equipment
If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
