Construction Updates

The adjacent lot near the Desert Willow Golf Resort is undergoing construction. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through Dec. 31, 2026.

Please note that the pool decks will be closed one at a time for refurbishment between Jan. 5 to Feb. 27, 2026 per the below schedule. 

  • Mirage Upper Pool Deck, Jan. 5 through Jan. 16, 2026

  • Mirage Lower Pool Deck, Jan. 19 through Jan. 30, 2026

  • Ironwood Pool, Feb. 2 through Feb. 10, 2026

  • Palo Verde Pool, Feb. 16 through Feb. 20, 2026

  • Quiet Pool, Feb. 23 through Feb. 27, 2026

During this time, the all other pools and amenities are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

Parking for nightly rental guest will be $30 per night. Additional vehicles is $20 plus tax per vehicle. Please note: Parking is not available on site for larger vehicles such as motorhomes, vehicles with trailers, watercraft, or similar. Please contact the property in advance for assistance.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
