Construction Updates The resort will be undergoing an enhancement project from Sept. 1, 2025 through Dec. 15, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited access to the main pool. Additionally, anticipate construction noise between the hours of 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sept. 1, 2025 through Apr. 15, 2026. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates The Mexican state of Baja California Sur assesses a hospitality tax that is due upon check-out. The tax — charged in Mexican pesos — is subject to currency conversion with your banking institution and subject to change without prior notice. Effective February 28, 2023, all hotels in Los Cabos municipality collect the Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental at the moment of check-in or upon check-out. It is up to 145.20 pesos per room per night. Certain Bonvoy benefits do not apply at this resort. We are working towards Green Key Foundation for Environmental Education certification. Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
