Guests should be aware of the following:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be completing a beach rejuvenation project between the dates of Feb. to May 2026 to restore a 3.3 mile stretch of beaches in southern Hutchinson Island.  The exact dates of the project are unknown at this time. The beachfront for the resort is expected to take a week to complete, with work occurring 24 hours a day.  The beach will be closed during this time, and we anticipate construction noise throughout the week. We thank you for your patience and support through this long and challenging process.  Once dates are confirmed an updated message will be posted.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Official Information

Beach Safety: During your stay, please do your part to help save the sea turtles. Sea turtles are protected by federal, state, county, and city acts and ordinances. You can help by keeping the beach dark at night, picking up litter and potential barriers, reporting any issues you discover, and being mindful of sea turtle nesting areas, which are present from March to October. Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
