The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The Caffe Siena coffee shop is open daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Housekeeping is available once per week on either Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the Residence location. There is no turn down service at this time. 

The Pools and Spas are open. The indoor hot tubs are closed and the outdoor hot tubs are open. 

Pursuant to a Colorado governmental mandate, all food and beverage outlets will cease sales of alcoholic beverages no later than 10 p.m. on a daily basis.

If any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 are present in the 10 days prior to arrival in Eagle County, the non-Local Resident must not travel to Eagle County. All non-Local Residents should self-screen for symptoms consistent with COVID-19 each morning during their travel within Eagle County.

All non-Local Residents that develop symptoms during their stay within Eagle County will take the following steps:

  • Adhere to self-isolation requirements even if this prolongs the stay in Eagle County, and
  • Contact a local healthcare provider for guidance and schedule a COVID-19 test as quickly as possible.

All non-Local Residents that have been exposed to someone with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 during their travel will take the following steps:

  • Adhere to self-isolation requirements even if this prolongs the stay in Eagle County, and

The MarketPlace is open Friday through Monday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Main Activity Center is open Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The tennis courts, basketball courts and playgrounds in the Cascades Association are open with social distancing requirements. Mini-golf and tennis racket rentals are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Bicycle Rentals are available daily from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The St. Augustine Fitness Center is open with social distancing limitations from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Key West and Bella Fitness Centers remain closed at this time.   

The Sports Courts are open. The Bella Playground is open. The Bella and Key West Villages Playgrounds are open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The St. Augustine Playground remains closed at this time.

Currently, travel restrictions are in place in The Bahamas.  Those restrictions include, but are not limited to:

  • All travelers to the Bahamas must complete a Bahamas Health Visa application located at www.travel.gov.bs prior to departure. Part of the Health Visa application process requires all individuals ten years of age and older to submit a negative RT PCR COVID-19 test result no more than 10 days prior to the date of travel.  
  • Upon arrival to The Bahamas, subject to any exemptions, visitors entering The Bahamas will be placed in a mandatory fourteen-day quarantine at a designated Government quarantine facility upon arrival, at the visitor’s expense.  The visitor will be required to undergo a RT PCR COVID-19 molecular diagnostic test at the end of the quarantine period at the visitor’s expense.

Ocean Drive is currently closed to vehicles and the entrance to the property is via foot traffic only. Due to this road closure, there are no valet services currently available on site. However, valet services are available at 1437 Collins Avenue next to the Z Ocean Hotel which is approximately 1.6 miles from the property. The closest municipal self-parking garage is located at 1301 Collins Avenues and is approximately .4 miles from the property. Ride share services are permitted to drop off guests at the corner of Collins Avenue and 14th Street, which is approximately one block away from the property.

Construction Update

Marriott’s Villas at Doral is currently working on an all property painting and waterproofing project to be completed sometime around mid-September. Painting will be completed a riser and a building at a time. Only villas where the painting and façade repairs are being completed will be affected at any one time. Guests might be affected by noise from minor façade and waterproofing repairs. For your privacy please close your drapes, use of your balcony during the time work is being completed will be limited. 

The adjacent property to our resort is undergoing construction through December 2020. Noise and work activity is expected.

Non-Resident Visitors

The Eagle County Director of the Department of Public Health & Environment has issued an order that any person that is not a Local Resident of Eagle County (“non-Local Resident”) that travels to or visits Eagle County must be free of any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 before arrival. If any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 are present in the 10 days prior to arrival in Eagle County, the non-Local Resident must not travel to Eagle County. All non-Local Residents should self-screen for symptoms consistent with COVID-19 each morning during their travel within Eagle County.

All non-Local Residents that develop symptoms during their stay within Eagle County will take the following steps:

  • Adhere to self-isolation requirements even if this prolongs the stay in Eagle County, and

The MarketPlace is open with modified operating hours from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Owners and guests must wear a facial covering to enter the MarketPlace. 

Basketball Courts are open and subject to social distancing limitations. Owners and guests must bring their own basketballs. 

The Playground and all Fire Pits are currently closed. 

BBQs are open from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (dependent upon location). Please bring your own cooking utensils.

The tennis courts at the JW Marriott are open on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners and guests must bring their own rackets and tennis balls. 

The Water’s Edge Pool Bar & Grill is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for takeout service only.

Construction Update

Multiple projects are underway at Marriott’s Shadow Ridge beginning June 1 to December 2020. The projects include preventative villa maintenance, golf course overseeding (October 15 to October 30, 2020), and the closure of The Grill Restaurant at Shadow Ridge (October 15 to October 30, 2020).

The Fitness Center is open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with social distancing limitations. 

Pool occupancy is limited by government order. Masks are required when entering and exiting the pool and when approaching the restroom area. Reservations are required via an online system which will be provided during pre-arrival. One reservation is permitted per villa each day and will be available to book 24 hours in advance. Reservation times include the following: 

  • 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. 
  • 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Construction Update

Exterior painting project is scheduled through December 2020. Work activity may be noticeable from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Until August 1, all out-of-state travelers arriving to Massachusetts are recommended to self-quarantine for 14 days.

However, effective August 1st, all persons entering Massachusetts, including returning residents, are required to quarantine for 14 days, unless:

  • you are visiting from a lower-risk state designated by the Department of Public Health;
  • you produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to arrival in Massachusetts; or
  • you meet one of certain limited exceptions as outlined on the Massachusetts Governor’s website.

Additionally, if you are required to quarantine or produce a negative COVID-19 test result, you must complete the Massachusetts Travel Form prior to arrival.

Quarantine Advisory: Effective June 25th, the State of New Jersey has issued an incoming travel advisory advising that all individuals entering New Jersey from states with a significant spread of COVID-19 quarantine for 14-days after leaving that state. This quarantine applies to any person, including New Jerseyans, arriving from a state with a positive COVID-19 test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents or a state with a 10% or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average. RESORT INFORMATION:
– The pools and hot tubs/spas are now open in accordance to the New Jersey Health Department Pool guidelines: pools and pool deck capacity has been reduced by 50% due to social distancing requirements;
– Resort Center Pool, Splash Pad, Adult Pool and Indoor Pool are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with enhanced cleaning protocols and Pool Social Distancing Ambassadors available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
– Access to the pools and hot tubs/spas is reserved for registered Owners and guests;
– The Day Pass/Local Owner program is currently not available for the daily use of pools, hot tubs/spas and resort amenities;
– The fire pits, playground, outdoor game tables, shuffle board and bocce courts are open with social distancing requirements; and
– The BBQ grills are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with social distancing requirements.
