Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following:
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates Effective Jun. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site. The package fee is $5 per box or envelope weighing up to 20 pounds, with an additional $10 charge for packages weighing more than 20 pounds. Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to 5 packages complimentary; on the sixth package, the package fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. On-site parking is $25 daily per car, with complimentary parking for Owners, Exchange, and Marketing Packages.

The JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes Outdoor Pool hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. An entry fee of $50 per unit per day will be collected for groups of up to four people.
