Renovation UpdatesThe resort will be painting the building façades from Apr. 13, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2026. This work will take place during daytime hours, and while we strive to minimize disruption, please expect moderate construction noise and dust in the work areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the resort. The upper section of the Infinity Pool will be closed for refurbishment from April 12 to July 16, 2027. During this time, the bottom section and the zero-entry pool are expected to remain open. The bottom section of the Infinity Pool will be closed from July 17 to Sept. 30, 2027. During this time, the upper section and the zero-entry pool are expected to remain open. |
Service Animal PolicyService animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. |

Effective February 1, 2023, the State of Quintana Roo implemented an environmental and sanitation tax. This nightly tax of $85.40 MXN pesos up to $170.80 MXN pesos per room per day will be based on the type of villa occupied and billed in pesos directly to your folio.
