Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

    The Twisted Knot Café is open daily, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The Twisted Knot Lounge is open Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and closed Wednesday through Saturday. The Top of the Strand Rooftop Bar is open Wednesday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to midnight, and closed Sunday through Tuesday. If you’re looking to host an event, our rooftop oasis is the perfect venue. Give us a call to book soon!

    Valet parking is available for $68 per night ($78 per night for larger vehicles). Valet parking is available 24 hours. No in/out privileges.
