Important Alerts

As of May 19, 2021 Governor Andrew Cuomo has removed most business capacity limits in New York State. Businesses are only limited by the space available for patrons to maintain social distance of six (6) feet.

In New York City, the subway has returned to 24-hour service. Riders must continue to wear masks and are encouraged to social distance whenever possible. For more information, visit mta.info.

Also as of May 19, New York State has adopted the CDC's new masking guidelines. Fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear masks in many settings, though businesses are permitted to require that patrons wear masks in their establishments. Unvaccinated persons must wear masks in all public settings. In indoor settings, where the vaccination status of others is unknown, the Department of Health recommends that all individuals wear masks and continue to maintain social distance.

Businesses operating below New York’s social gathering limit (250 people indoors or 500 people outdoors) may implement the CDC guidelines. Venues will be able to require masks for all patrons and Department of Health strongly recommends masks in indoor settings where vaccination status is unknown.  Social distancing of 6 feet will be required between parties of attendees, unless all attendees present proof of full vaccination status. Unvaccinated people should still wear masks.

Pet Policy

This property welcomes ADA service animals. Pets are not permitted.

Official Information

Face coverings are required for all owners, guests and, associates when inside hallways and common areas except when an individual is unable to wear a face covering due to a valid medical condition or disability.

Current travel guidelines require all New Yorkers, as well as those visiting from out-of-state or another country, to take personal responsibility for compliance in the best interest of public health and safety.

Asymptomatic travelers entering New York from another country, U.S. state, or territory are no longer required to test or quarantine as of April 10, 2021. Quarantine, consistent with the CDC recommendations, is still recommended for all travelers who are not fully vaccinated or have not recovered from laboratory confirmed COVID-19 during the previous 3 months. Symptomatic travelers must immediately self-isolate and contact the local health department or their healthcare providers to determine if they should seek COVID-19 testing.

All travelers must complete the New York State Travel Form unless the traveler had left New York for less than 24 hours or is coming to New York from a contiguous state (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont).  Additional information can be found on the State of New York’s official travel website.

Irrespective of quarantine, all travelers must: Monitor symptoms daily from day of arrival in New York through day 14; Continue strict adherence to all recommended non-pharmaceutical interventions, including hand hygiene and the use of face coverings, through Day 14 (even if fully vaccinated); and must immediately self-isolate if any symptoms develop and contact the local public health authority or their healthcare provider to report this change in clinical status and determine if they should seek testing.
