Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following:
Construction Updates The resort will be undergoing an enhancement project from Jul. 31, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates Effective Jun. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site. The package fee is $5 per box or envelope weighing up to 20 pounds, with an additional $10 charge for packages weighing more than 20 pounds. Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to 5 packages complimentary; on the sixth package, the package fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations. Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

- Each Owner and guest staying at Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve may purchase a JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, Day Pass after check-in, based on season and availability.
- No lifeguards on duty at the pool or other water areas. Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool areas.

Access is subject to blackout dates that fall within 3 days before and after major holidays, including, but not limited to, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Spring Break, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Depending on occupancy, additional blackout dates may be imposed at the discretion of JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes.
