Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

  • Recreational vehicles, trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be parked at the resort. Please contact the resort for information about alternative parking.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

    Pool Towels are provided in the villas. Towel exchange has been discontinued. Owners and guests may launder pool towels in their villa. Indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. No inner tubes provided. Personal inner tubes without a solid bottom and not exceeding 42 inches are permitted. Pool noodles and infant floatation devices are permitted. No full body floats or body boards allowed. Splash Cove is open seasonally.

    Select sports courts (mini-golf, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and pickleball) are available for use with your own equipment. Limited availability for equipment checkout between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. at the activities window if weather permits. Check-out is for a 45-minute time frame; equipment can not be taken back to your villa, and may not be checked out past 7 p.m.
